This book read so strangely. It felt like a second point of view to another story. But I do not
think that this particular story line was written before by this author.
The story did not have much depth at all. No conflict. Not
much of anything going on really. Just two extremely moody, hurting and
horny teenagers, attempting to cope with
a tragedy.
The story line has been done a million times to date. After
you've read this book, the message behind it that the author unknowingly is spreading might bother
you too.
You can let a handsome, crazily popular male use you and
spit you out afterwards if you love him. He may not have to give a rat's a**
about you, but you love him. And after all that heart ache, maybe, just maybe he will actually realize he loves
you in the end. (And never apologize for his bad treatment!) Get real! I hope
the young kids reading books like these know it should not happen this way in
the real world.
