Forever Mine, by Elizabeth Reyes 4.5/5

Genre: Young Contemporary Romance

Sensuality: 8

The fact that I reread this book says a lot. Forever Mine was pleasantly enjoyable. It is a young adult novel that read like a classic contemporary romance. The author somehow managed to create a mature book that still expressed the classic teenage frustrations very well.

Forever Mine centers around Angel and Sarah. Sarah was forced to move to a new town due to problems at home. She moves in with her aunt and cousin and begins her final year of high school. Angel is one of the sports stars in his high school, and between him and Sarah sparks fly.
A couple of silly mistakes throughout the story caused a lot of unnecessary drama to unfold. However, the entertaining secondary characters more than made up for that. The story is extremely romantic and loving. You will probably end up rereading this one again too!

The other books in the series are not as good as this one in my opinion though. So proceed with caution.

Great read.
4.5/5
