Rain Falling (Hell Saints Motor Cycle Club) By Paula
Marinaro
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Sensuality: 8
I am not sure exactly why
I am still reading these motor cycle club books. It must be the book
covers, because I am generally not impressed by them.
Rain Falling was a strange read. I did not enjoy reading the
book primarily because of how it was written. It felt like the author's first
book ever. I did not understand having all of the chapters in it either. It
made the book feel extremely long!
The plot started of interesting, then fizzled out to nothing
at all. No real conflict. Just the average stuff that authors write about for
MC books. Club whores, club old ladies, going to church! I got so tired reading about these stupid MC terms.
The hero and heroine seemed weak to me. As strong and buff
as the hero was painted, he just didn't do it for me. And not because of his
personal struggles either. And the heroine's American Indian background is so
interesting. I would love to read a book exploring that one day.
In conclusion, I would not buy it. Having a bunch of sex and
crude sex talk is not enough to sell books. It feels as if some authors are
trying to do this.
1/5
Happy reading
